KIM MATTHEWS

Kim Matthews has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1997. Her dedication to continuing education and professionalism has made her one of South Carolinas leaders in the field of professional real estate education. Her experience in management and real estate brokerage has helped Kim design courses to teach skills that are relevant in todays real estate industry. She has earned her GRI designation, SFR designation, and was awarded the SC certification of Professionalism. Currently she serves as a regional director for the Real Estate Education Foundation, Past President of the Sumter Board of Realtors, SC Grievance committee member, SC professional Standards committee member and has served on the SC Realtors executive board. She is a past graduate of the SC Realtors leadership program and served as its group chair in 2018. 

Samantha Carter

Samantha is the Broker in charge and owner of Carolina Coast & Country located in Florence, SC. She has been a resident of Florence SC for over 20 years. She is a much sought-after instructor around SC for new students entering the field of real estate. Samantha looks after her students and takes great pride in the successes that they accomplish.

Renee Roark

Renee is one of our full time real estate instructors. She is a long time resident of Manning, SC with her daughter Emily. You can be sure that if you are looking to get licensed in Real Estate, Renee will take the time to help you in every possible way. Her knowledge in this profession will guide you along the way.

Phillip Nagley

Phill has been a Realtor since 1991 and received the BJCR “Realtor of the Year” award in 2016. He was a college instructor for 20 years teaching home design and construction, and he is a former home builder. Phill has been a Certified Real Estate instructor with Carolina Real Estate Academy since 2018. Phill recently served as SCR RPAC Trustee from 2015 to 2020 and was Trustee Chairperson in 2019. He was SCR Region 2 Vice President for Beaufort and Jasper Counties, and the Chair of the SCR Foundation for 2021. He is the BJCR RPAC Chairperson. Other SCR committees he has served on are;  Executive committee, Legislative committee, Community Alliance, and the Realtor Party Committee. He has owned 5 of his own businesses and is currently President of PMOODYN Inc. An Incorporated Real Estate Business.
