Do I Have to Renew my South Carolina Real Estate License?

Staring in 2017, the 30-hour post-licensing requirements were changed and are now a part of the original 90-hours of pre-licensing work. If you are an agent renewing post-2018, you will need ten continuing education credits that you must attend every two years by the June 30th deadline. The continuing education credits must include a four-hour mandatory core class followed by six hours of the electives of your choosing.
